Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we offer the following return options:

  • Returns for a Refund: Eligible within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Returns for Store Credit: Accepted between 15-25 days from the delivery date.
  • Beyond 25 Days: Returns are not permitted.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as reduced or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be in brand new, unworn condition
  • Cannot be worn, altered, washed, or damaged
  • Must include original packaging and tags

Holiday Returns

Orders placed between November 21st and December 31st are eligible for store credit or exchange, unless they fall under the standard 15-day return policy.

Where is My Order?

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time. If you have any concerns about your order status, please contact arch@archshoppe.com for assistance.
